FALL REGISTRATION DATES ARE HERE!
We use licensed and certified teachers in our program. They are experienced in the field of education. Our teachers are CPR certified, FBI background checked, and attend yearly training.
We are excited to announce that we will have 2 classrooms for the 2023 school year. One for 2nd and 3rd grade and another for 4th and 5th grade. This will allow for smaller class sizes and even more individualized attention for our students!
We seek to establish an environment of learning where children grow relationally, academically, & in their faith. We look forward to coming alongside parents and their homeschool to teach children healthy communication with others, along with math, science, and history.
Our program offers the distinct opportunity to see what your children are learning via the ProCare App. Our teachers will post photos that only enrolled families can see and we will send needed updates straight to your phone or device. Additionally, monthly tuition can be paid via the app (with a minimal fee charged by the app).
Our students will explore history and science through a number of instructional techniques and will engage in many group activities. It is our hope that these activities will not only expand their academic knowledge, but build character as we learn how to solve problems together and communicate effectively. New students will be tested at the beginning of the year in our Freedom Math Center. We will teach math according to where each child tests so that students are not left behind or bored with what’s being taught.
We are excited that our students will go to AND participate in our weekly Chapel services. We believe that these students are capable of changing the world and we want to teach them early on about the impact they can have in the world. We’ve spent time planning, picking curriculum that we believe will best benefit our students, and praying for a fantastic year ahead.
The 2023 school year will continue to offer the option of English/Language Arts classes for 4th and 5th graders. This is a once a week class that meets on Mondays from 9:00-12:00. We will work through the curriculums Growing with Grammar, as well as Soaring with Spelling and Vocabulary and there will be opportunities for writing. This class is optional to the 3 day program we currently have and is ONLY for 4th and 5th graders. This class will be on Mondays from 9:15-12:00.
We use Saxon curriculum. We will have 2nd through 5th grade available so we can accommodate where your child is academically. It is our hope that this approach will more closely meet student’s needs and help them soar in math. Placement tests will be held for new students upon completion of registration, before school starts and a plan will be made from there to help your student grow in their understanding of mathematics.
2nd/3rd - Apologia Exploring Creation with Zoology
4th-5th - Understanding and Investigating God’s World by Abeka
*We’re especially excited about this because there are so many wonderful experiments and hands on lessons we’ll be able to explore with this age group! Science is really going to be fun for all!
We will use Notgrass - Our 50 States for US Geography in our 2nd and 3rd grade classes.
In our 4th and 5th grade classes we will continue to explore World History using Abeka Old and New World History and Geography.
